Delivery and Shipping Costs:


The order is accepted unless sold and subject to the approval of the house, it can also be partially or repeatedly processed depending on the availability of the goods in stock. In these cases, the suspended will be kept in place and sent as soon as possible at no additional cost.
Delivery is generally to be considered around 5/6 working days from receipt of the order. (2/3 days for preparation and fulfillment. 2/3 days for shipping.).
Any remaining order will be canceled only with receipt of written communication from the customer.
For a faster and more precise evasion it is recommended to purchase complete packs.

The shipment of the goods is carried out in the shortest possible time by GLS courier with tracking of the shipment via internet.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately notified, by adding the writing: WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg. "Laundry package", " crushed packaging "or packaging intact if it does not show any external damage, etc.) on the courier's delivery slip. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, by email to: assistenza@puli-mec.it:

Pursuant to Article 1510 of the Civil Code regarding remote purchases, the seller has no responsibility for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier. Nor is it in any way responsible for the damage caused by it. PULIMEC will be liable for any damage or tampering with the packages only if the courier's receipt slip is signed and with the written specification: RESERVE OF CONTROL.
