The following conditions of sale are an integral part of all our contracts for the supply of articles, even when orders are taken by telephone, verbally, e-mail or via the internet.

Product availability: the products presented on the site are all ready for delivery. However, the Customer acknowledges the remote possibility that at the time the order is sent, they may no longer be available or on sale. In this case, after sending the order confirmation via email, Pulimec will notify the Customer via a new email and the order will be deemed suspended. It should also be noted that any offers relating to the products on the Site are to be considered exclusively valid for purchases made online.
Invoicing: Anyone wishing a commercial sales invoice must request it in advance and it will be issued (in paper form and inserted in the package containing the products ordered) by Pulimec. All products are subject to ongoing VAT.
Product warranties: the warranty covers only manufacturing defects and product non-conformity. With the exception of the replacement of defective and non-compliant products, the supplying company assumes no responsibility for direct and indirect damages that may derive from even improper use of the product by the recipient. Pulimec guarantees the integrity and validity of the products offered in the catalog on the basis of quality checks carried out. In the event that the goods are defective or non-compliant, the buyer must send a communication by registered letter with return receipt. written to Pulimec within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. This communication can also be anticipated via email within 48 hours. Pulimec guarantees that the photos have been taken of the products that will be shipped in case of sale, therefore, the delivered products are the same as those on the site.
Warranties: shipments and returns: In the event that the product is defective or non-compliant within the warranty period indicated on the specifications of each individual item, the customer is required to send the material prepaid to Pulimec which will repair it and send it to new to the customer carriage paid.
Originality and genuineness of the products: Pulimec guarantees the originality of all the articles on the site.
Right of withdrawal: in case of change of mind, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal (in compliance with Legislative Decree 206 of 2005) by returning the purchased product and requesting its replacement or refund. The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons who act for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made for purposes related to one's work by resellers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Transport costs are fully charged to the customer.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the goods, a written communication by registered letter with return receipt. addressed to Pulimec di Campione Luca - Larga n. 7 - 27010 MARZANO (PV). This communication must contain the codes of the products to be returned as well as information on the bank details (Cab, Abi and CC) relating to your current account in order to allow us any credit by bank transfer. Within 10 (ten) working days of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to ship the returned products, in their original packaging, to the following address: Pulimec di Campione Luca - Larga n. 7 - 27010 MARZANO (PV). The returned products must not have been used and must be absolutely in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery. It is also specified that in no case will parcels be withdrawn cash on delivery or carriage forward. The only expenses payable by the purchaser for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct ones for the return and the first shipment of the goods. The right of withdrawal is governed by Legislative Decree 206/2005
Complaints: Complaints and returns will be accepted in accordance with the law within 8 days. from receipt for packaged goods, not personalized.

Method of reimbursement of the consideration: Once the goods have been received and their integrity verified, we will, within 10 (ten) days from the communication in which the Customer has expressed the will to exercise the right of withdrawal, to reimburse by bank transfer which will take place in the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The amount that will be credited relates exclusively to the price paid net of the shipping costs incurred by the Customer for returning the products to Pulimec.
